About Pondview Terrace

Pondview Terrance Condominium Association encompasses over eight acres in Manchester New Hampshire, and contains a mix of townhouse and garden style condominiums totaling one hundred and ten units. The Association was organized in 1986 and is conveniently located to Manchester/Boston regional airport, the Mall of New Hampshire and major highways.
